Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. Domestic shipping within the United States takes 7-10 days after processing.
Processing and delivery times may increase during peak times or due to carrier issues or weather outside of our control. We do our best to ship on time and updates will be sent should there be any delays.
International shipping is not yet available.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot offer any refunds after the 14 day period.
Items for return must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Any items returned without meeting these criteria will not be refunded. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Please ensure to try on items carefully so as not to dirty or damage them.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Once the return has been received, we will inspect the item. If all criteria have been met, the original payment amount (minus shipping) will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
To initiate a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please return any items through our returns process and place a new order.
